Marie Cresswell

Bild PBS Workforce Development Lead

Marie is PBS Workforce Development Lead at Bild's Centre for the Advancement of Positive Behaviour Support (CAPBS), with over 15 years' experience embedding Positive Behaviour Support across education, health, and social care.She began as a support worker with children and young people, later holding roles including service manager and PBS Lead, and most recently as the Strategic PBS Lead for a national social care organisation, managing a UK-wide PBS team.At CAPBS, Marie supports organisations to embed system-wide PBS and has a particular interest in wellbeing and reducing restrictive practices. She holds an MSc from the Tizard Centre, University of Kent.

Dr Tia Martin

Co-Founding Director, PBS UK

Dr Tia Martin is Founding Director of PBS UK. She has spent 17 years in social care, starting as a volunteer and support worker before moving through a number of roles - always staying close to the people she supports. Her current focus in PBS is how language shapes the way we feel about behaviours of concern and might impact the way staff interact with the people they support. After years working across large social care organisations, she co-founded PBS UK in 2016. Tia holds an MSc in Developmental Psychology, an MSc in Autism, and a PhD in Autism and Behaviour Analysis.

Kerri Goddard

PBS Practitioner Lead, Specialist Homecare Group

Kerry Goddard is a PBS Practitioner Lead at Specialist Homecare Group, a national learning disability provider supporting 40 individuals across the UK. With a master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and nine years in adult social care, she works with adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs, bringing both hands-on practice experience and a track record of embedding PBS within operational delivery. She has worked her way up from support worker to deputy manager, including a spell as a Behaviour Analyst Intern applying PBS strategies directly with individuals presenting complex behaviours.
