1. General. These Referral Terms ("Terms") are published by Log my Care (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Programme as displayed on our Website logmycare.co.uk/about/refer-us and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.

2. Eligibility.

2.1. An eligible referral is defined as a care provider who has not had a Log my Care account in the past 24 months, is not affiliated with a Group of companies that is already an existing Log my Care customer and is not already in an active sales conversation with Log my Care at the time the referral is submitted. Employees of Log my Care and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The referrer reward is made to the referring organisation and not to any individual in their personal capacity. A referral is not eligible where the referrer is procuring, or is involved in the procurement of, Log my Care's services on behalf of a public body or other third party, or where receipt of the reward by the referrer would be improper or would place the referrer in breach of their own organisation's policies.

2.2. To qualify, the referred provider must sign a contract for a paid plan with Log my Care within three (3) months of the referral being made and complete their first payment.

3. Referral Tracking. Each referrer will receive a unique referral link, which must be shared with and used by the referred care provider when booking a demo or signing up. This is how Log my Care verifies and attributes the referral to the correct referrer. Incomplete or inaccurately completed submissions will not be accepted and Log my Care cannot guarantee a reward where this is the case.

4. Reward. For each referral that meets the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in section 3, the referrer will receive a £500 voucher, and the referred provider will receive a £200 credit applied to their first invoice. The referred provider credit is a reduction against the amounts payable under the referred provider's contract and is applied to their organisation's account. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a single referrer may make, and rewards will be paid for each one, subject to these Terms.

5. Reward Distribution. The referrer voucher will be distributed through our gifting platform (Tremendous), by email, within three months of the referred provider's contract start date. The referred provider credit will be applied to the referred provider's first invoice following contract start. Where the credit exceeds the value of the first invoice, the balance will be carried forward and applied against subsequent invoices. The credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.

6. Privacy. All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Programme will be used in accordance with Log my Care’s Privacy Policy, available at logmycare.co.uk/policies/website-privacy-policy. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Log my Care shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

7. Programme Amendments and Termination. Log my Care reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme and these Terms at any time. Referrals submitted before any such change or termination will continue to be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission.

8. Violations.

8.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Programme, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. Log my Care's decision in such cases is final.

8.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

9. Applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the England and Wales.
