No, we don’t charge any additional fees for set-up. Our platform and Carer App are very easy to use and you should be able to get set up and running by yourself without any difficulties.
Should you need some support getting devices to use the App on, we can put you in touch with our partners Klyk, a sustainable telecoms company, who provide fully-managed Samsung phones and tablets.
All devices come with our App pre-installed and a host of additional security features, making them ready to use right out of the box.
Yes, our Starter Plan is 100% free and always will be – no catch, no time limits or usage restraints. It includes everything you need to get your care service up and running.

All plans and add-ons are charged at their subscription rate plus standard UK VAT.
For our monthly subscriptions, we use the number of active service users in the system on the last day of the month to calculate the price for the upcoming month.
So, we won’t send you a bill every time you add or remove a service user to the system.
