Log my Care is committed to sustainable practice across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. Our goal is to drive positive change through our operations, products, and partnerships while maintaining transparency and accountability.

This policy outlines our commitment to integrating ESG principles across our business operations. It applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders, who all play a role in advancing our ESG objectives.

Environmental Commitments

  • Carbon Footprint Reduction: As a SaaS company with a digital product, we seek to optimise data storage, cloud usage, and server efficiency to reduce energy consumption and emissions.
  • Energy and Resource Efficiency: We focus on eco-friendly energy use in our office and encourage remote work to reduce commuting emissions. Resource efficiency also involves minimal printing and waste reduction.
  • Digital Efficiency and Recycling: We develop our products to optimise digital efficiency, reducing unnecessary data storage. We also have strict e-waste policies, including device recycling programs for employees.

Social Commitments

  • Social impact: Our technology supports the most vulnerable in society, therefore we continue to enhance and develop our systems to give carers the best possible experience when logging care and help them improve outcomes for those in their care.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): We are dedicated to building a diverse team across all levels of the company, fostering an inclusive workplace, and ensuring equal opportunities.
