What happens next?

1. Your account will be created

  • A member of our team will verify your account as soon as possible. If we need any further information, we'll reach out to you.
  • Once verified, you'll get an email inviting you to create a password for the Care Office. Note, if you haven't received an email, please check your junk folder.
  • Once you've created your password, you're good to go!

2. Set up your service

The next step is for you to sign into the Care Office (don't forget to bookmark this). Here, you'll get your service up and running by:

  • Adding team members
  • Creating profiles for your service users/clients/residents
  • Inviting family members and close friends to receive updates (Family Portal Add-on only).
