When you’re on the lookout for software for care agencies it can feel like a bit of a minefield. There are loads of providers (some better than others ?) and all of them are different. There are some companies who have been making software for care agencies and services for a long time now, and then there are some (like us!) who have only been up and running for a few years.
One supplier might have all the fancy bells and whistles, but they might lock you into lengthy contracts and their software might be super expensive.
On the other hand, you might happily fork out some money for some software you think does everything you want, only to feel short-changed when you start using it.
