Who won the Carer of the Month award in January?!

December's winner was Janine Ashton from Livability North. Janine has demonstrated an absolute dedication to her clients, whilst inspiring her entire team. Her colleagues have always been able to count on her and that's something we admire too. Well done Janine!

Now, on to our next champion.

The Carer of the month for January 2020 is Aimee Bond from Redclyffe Home!

Aimee, congratulations! You deserve this so much.

Aimee Bond is a carer at Redclyffe Home next to Portsmouth. On a daily basis, she goes above and beyond for her team, whilst giving the best care and consideration to Redclyffe’s service users.

We love Aimee’s story. She attends Zumba classes with service users off-duty! This means Aimee actually spends her time off with her clients. On top of that, we’re told Aimee actually hates exercise… we can’t believe it!  Aimee puts on a smile on her face and manages to dance with enthusiasm, which creates a marvellous atmosphere. Everyone ends up having a brilliant time. ? The team at Redclyffe have always felt so grateful to work with Aimee. She’s grown in confidence over time and is now a trusted and respected member of the team.

Please accept our congratulations on being the Carer of the month and we hope you enjoyed the chocolate trophy!
