How Log my Care is responding to Coronavirus

As the coronavirus COVID-19 spreads, I just wanted to let you know how we're supporting the efforts to combat the spread of cases, ensure we keep the platform running and adapt the product to help the sector.

Our team are now working remotely

To ensure that we continue to give our community the best levels of service, we are asking our team to work remotely. We will help us to provide the most consistent service possible and be as responsive as possible to new requests.

We’re producing help content

You might’ve already seen it but we’ve put together a Coronavirus infographic you can print out in your service to help spot the signs and mitigate the risk of the virus spreading.

We’re working harder than ever to ensure system stability

Right now we know you’re all under immense pressures on delivery, we’re working harder than ever to ensure that the system is stable.

Developing new charts to help spot potential cases

I’ve spoken to the team and we’ve come up with a couple of new features we’re planning on rapidly building into the system to help you spot potential cases of COVID-19 as they may occur. More on this later but we’re speaking to the community and will keep you in the loop.

Free remote training and help

We’ve been champions of this for a while, but we offer full free remote training and setup sessions for any provider who wants them.

If you need to talk about Log my Care

We got into the business because we wanted to help, and now in this unprecedented period of uncertainty, we need to stand together and ensure the people we look after receive the best possible care. If there’s something regarding the system you need to chat through, please get in touch via our live chat and one of the team will respond.
