Nicholas Layzell from the Old Residential Hall Care Home was February’s Carer of the Month! “Nick is new to caring (but you wouldn’t know it) and has shown what a fantastic carer he is. He is loved and respected by all the team and the residents. He goes above and beyond for the sake of the residents and the team he works with. He works many hours voluntary. He just cannot keep away!” – Diane Vale

Well done Nicholas! Now, on to our next champion. But this time, we wanted to reward someone quite special to us. This person doesn’t work as a carer, but is the Director of Penbownder House.  

And the winner is… Beverly Dobbin from Penbownder House!

March Awards are slightly different, we wanted to let our community breathe as the crisis is happening, and avoid nominations (and notifications in the app!). We decided to reward one of the superstars who has been helping us build the best and cheapest care home management software on the market.

Beverly has been helping us with our market research from the start. When developing a product, it is so important to keep in touch with your community and their needs. Any time we need a senior manager to let us know what they think of a new feature or an exciting concept for the Care Office, Beverly is always first in line to share her thoughts. Her expertise is gold and we are so grateful to have been chosen by Beverly and her team. We saw how our software changed their workflow for the best.

Every month, our team select the Carer of the month from the superstar Carers, Managers and Care Professionals that are voted for by our community. We send across some yummy treats to say thank you for being awesome, whilst sharing the news with everyone else who uses Log my Care.
