Our March Carer of the Month is Lisa from Clarendon Rest Home! Congratulations to Lisa and all the other Carers who were nominated this month (this month hit a record high of nominations!), we are inspired by your dedication and hard work.
We can hardly believe how quickly time is passing, it’s already mid-April! That means it’s time to announce March’s Carer of the Month. A few weeks ago we recognised Mark Foster for his selflessness and dedication to his service users.
March’s winner was nominated by two different colleagues for her hard work and commitment to her team. Drum roll, please… 🥁

Lisa was nominated by two of her colleagues for her commitment to her residents and team. "She is a very hard worker," said Abigail from Clarendon Rest Home.
"Lisa works so hard to make sure everything is in order and that the best is given to each and every individual," agreed Nicola, another colleague from Clarendon.
"She’s the most caring person and the best person to work with on a night shift. She’s always on hand and can deal with any situation, good or bad."
We love Lisa’s dedication to her clients and to teammates! As an acknowledgement of all her hard work last month, we’ve sent her a basket of goodies to brighten her day. 🍫
