Our dashboard is your control centre, giving you a real-time overview of what’s happening in your service, wherever you are. While our app lets your team log and check off tasks as they go.

Use our dashboard to add each member of your team. Assign them to specific clients and give them tasks to complete in our carer app. Also create profiles for each of your service users that contain a detailed digital profile. This includes an overview of their basic information, medical history, emergency contacts and more. Enhance these with add-ons, like care and support plans, risk assessments, electronic medication (MAR) charts and consent forms.

Retirement villages

Support elderly residents to live full and independent lives by carrying out risk assessments, covering all the activities of daily living. Log my Care also has ‘clock-in’ and ‘clock-out’ functions that record how much time your staff spend visiting elderly residents so you can monitor your carer’s progress throughout the day. Incident management tools record significant occurrences and notify senior management as soon as they happen, from falls and seizures to illnesses and injuries.

Nursing homes

In nursing homes for example, create body maps to highlight and monitor any elderly resident injuries, including bruises, cuts, swelling, pressure sores and moisture lesions. Accurately record what medications your elderly residents are taking, their dosages and frequencies, and expected stock, so prescriptions can be ordered in plenty of time. Cover the individual needs of your elderly residents, from catheters, stomas and PEG feeding, to topical creams and passive exercises.

Residential care
