Our care planning system lets nurses create personalised digital care and support plans, with easy-to-use templates that cover all the activities of daily living (ADLs). Clients and service users digitally sign their care plans, confirming they understand the steps put in place for them.
For occasions where you need to share information with other health and social care professionals, you’re able to generate a downloadable PDF, better known as a Hospital Passport.
Nurses are able to create body maps to highlight and monitor a person’s injuries, including bruises, cuts, swelling, pressure sores and moisture lesions. They accurately record what medications your clients are taking, their dosages and frequencies, and expected stock, so prescriptions are ordered in plenty of time. They also cover the individual needs of your clients, from catheters, stomas and PEG feeding, to topical creams and passive exercises.
